We are a family-friendly company

The family-friendly approach of Dr. Spang GmbH was once again officially certified by the Competentia NRW Kompetenzzentrum Frau & Beruf Märkische Region (Competentia North Rhine-Wesphalia Competence Centre Women and Career Märkische Region) We received the award for the first time in 2020 and are pleased to announce that we have now been recertified. We presented our efforts in favour of family-friendly working conditions to a committee of several members. The presentation and our content were well received: The Board of Trustees was in favour of recertification and praised our exemplary ongoing development. We are proud of this award and are of course continuing to work on making Dr. Spang GmbH an even more family-friendly and attractive employer.

Confirmation of receipt

You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us as soon as we have received your application.

Prompt processing and evaluation

Your application will be processed as quickly as possible and checked by the HR department to determine whether it is appropriate, up-to-date and complete. A professional assessment is then carried out by the relevant specialist department. If your documents are approved, we will contact you personally to arrange an interview.

Personal interview

The purpose of the interview is to get to know each other and it is conducted with the person responsible for the specialist area in question and an employee from the HR department. This way we can get to know you better and you can get an impression of our company at the same time.

We value your opinion! Take some time to reflect after the interview and then send us an email to let us know whether we are a good fit for you.

You will receive notification of acceptance or rejection from us following your feedback and a prompt internal consultation. If you are accepted, we will then send you a draft contract by email and the contract for your new job will be signed!
