Certificates

Family-friendly company

The family-friendly approach of Dr. Spang GmbH was once again officially certified by the Competentia NRW Kompetenzzentrum Frau & Beruf Märkische Region. We received the award for the first time in 2020 and are pleased to announce that we have now been recertified. We presented our efforts in favour of family-friendly working conditions to a committee of several members. The presentation and our content were well received: The Board of Trustees was in favour of recertification and praised our exemplary ongoing development. We are proud of this award and are of course continuing to work on making Dr. Spang GmbH an even more family-friendly and attractive employer.

Social commitment

Our sponsorship activities make it possible to sustainably support specific projects in science, culture and social areas. Our commitment contributes to the further development of innovations and cultural initiatives that enrich us all. For example, through our collaboration with Aktion Mensch since 2018, we have been making an active contribution to inclusion and promoting social justice.
